Internal Medicine specialist, David Sapp, M.D., grew up in Bledsoe County,
received his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and
his M.D. from the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis,
Tenn. After residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at several
hospitals in Cincinnati, he worked as a clinical instructor. Dr. Sapp is
board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics.
Pediatrician Jennifer Alvarez, M.D., graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University,
received her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia,
Pa., and served her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital
Medical Center. A member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she has
international medical experience in Kenya, Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico. Dr.
Alvarez is board-eligible in pediatrics.
