Formerly known as Refined Looks Plastic Surgery, Erlanger Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is Chattanooga's first and largest plastic surgery practice founded in 1958. It is also home of the Hayes Hand Center, a multi-specialty hand center that offers patients a unique approach to hand rehabilitation.

Each of our plastic surgeons serve as faculty members in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine - Chattanooga, training future plastic surgeons through the three-year residency training program.
