The Occupational Therapists at Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital provide services for acute care patients and outpatients
These treatments are arranged toward restoring or developing the functions of daily living for individuals who have suffered traumatic injury, illness, or developmental disorder.
It is based on the philosophy that each individual has specific “occupational roles” in life, whether it be an elderly person living independently in their own home or a student being able to function in the school setting.
