About / Overview

Born and raised in Cleveland, TN, Victoria “Tori” Stepp has always been passionate about serving her local community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2020) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (2024) degrees from Lee University. Before becoming a family nurse practitioner, she gained valuable experience working as a registered nurse in critical care settings, where she cared for acutely ill patients and honed her skills in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

During her DNP program, Victoria completed her primary care clinical rotation with Dr. Teuton at this office, solidifying her commitment to comprehensive and compassionate healthcare.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys staying active through workouts, exploring new destinations, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and two beloved puppies, Cherry and Murphy. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals and is honored to serve the Cleveland community as part of this team.
