Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct has been adopted by the Erlanger to provide standards by which Erlanger employees, officers, trustees, medical staff and agents will conduct themselves to protect and promote organizationwide integrity and to enhance Erlanger‘s ability to achieve its organizational mission. The Code of Ethics is intended to serve as a guide to assist Erlanger's employees, officers, trustees, medical staff and agents to make sound decisions in carrying out their day to day responsibilities.

Organized Health Care Arrangements (OHCAs)

The hospital, which includes all departments and units of the hospital; any member of the hospital’s workforce; volunteers or students that help you while you are in the hospital; and all employees, staff and other hospital personnel, and members of the Erlanger Medical Staff, are part of an Organized Health Care Arrangement (OHCA).  For more information on or questions about entities participating in the OHCA, please visit the links provided below or contact the Erlanger Health System Privacy and Information Security Office at 423-778-7703.  For a list of medical staff affiliated with Erlanger Health System, please contact the Erlanger Health System Medical Affairs office at 423-778-7000.
