The Erlanger Spotlight Award is a program for employees to nominate other employees. As such, we are unable to award the Spotlight Award to contractors (including Sodexo staff), volunteers, students, or non-employed physicians.

Note that nominations that simply state "they go above and beyond," or shares their tenure and that they deserve recognition, or that they do their job with a good attitude (which is expected) will be disqualified.
Instead, specifically share a story about how they go above and beyond - describe specifically what happened. If your nomination says "they always" do something, that is not a story that specifically tells us how they went above and beyond on a specific day/instance.
We recommend providing the Situation, Task/Action and Result that happened and how their actions demonstrate one (or more) of Erlanger's values. Please be as detailed as possible.
