"Carl is a one-of-a-kind provider. In my nine years nursing experience, I have never had a provider that was so easy to work with. He is helpful and always kind, never gets frustrated no matter how busy he is. He is competent and incredibly caring. He is great at communication, and he is responsive. Last week specifically, we had a patient in respiratory distress that was not even his patient and when we all ran in the room, so did he. We all feel at peace having him on this unit with us caring for our patients."
