Erlanger restores all network systems

Erlanger is pleased to announce that all systems have been fully restored following this morning's network outage. We can confirm that this issue was not related to any type of cyberattack.

At the time, all hospital and emergency services have resumed normal operations. All elective surgeries scheduled for all hospitals for Wednesday, January 22, have been cancelled. Patients will be contacted to reschedule.

All Erlanger Medical Group locations, including Children’s Kennedy Outpatient Center, remain open with the exception of the following services:

• Erlanger Palliative Care
• Erlanger Radiation Oncology
• Erlanger Infusion Centers

We appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients while our teams worked to address the situation and restore services.
