The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine – Chattanooga, in partnership with Erlanger, is proud to announce the nomination of Marc Erickson, MD. Dr. Erickson was nominated by Dharmendra Patel, MD, Fellowship Chair for Cardiology.
“When I look at Marc today, I still see the same level of enthusiasm in his eyes that I saw when he was an intern,” said Dr. Patel. “When recruiting for general cardiology fellowship, there was no doubt that we had to keep Marc in our program. He has always been enthusiastic about learning and has shown a constant desire to improve his knowledge and skills.”
Dr. Erickson has proven to be a dedicated and compassionate physician who cares about his patient’s well-being. He has been a part of the Hypertension Task Force since its inception as a resident representative and has led the program for the past few years.
